Student Services application is made for the ease of printing of duplicates at various levels of education system. It helps to reduce the workload by providing instant print along with the storage of all formatted and structured data for further use.
There are 3 different types from where an application can be done. Firstly, the board, where the student comes directly. Board user can login from their account & make the application at the same time. Secondly, School where the student can reach if board is not approachable. School needs to login from their index no & password already being provided. And thirdly, Direct student can also apply after registering themselves to the system. This facility is provided for applicants that are out of reach of school/board.
One application can include application for multiple like:
• Duplicate Marksheet (with 2 trials)
• Duplicate Marksheet with name change
• Duplicate Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• Verification Certificate
After application applicant will get a unique application number on the screen as well as on mail. He/she can check status of the his application online .
Once done the application goes into the work flow from accountant to clerk to the Assistant Secretary. Anyone can view the comments the previous person has written before approval/rejection/forwarding.
Further the prints can be taken from the same approval application. Print histories are also maintained so that we can track the application, status & number of prints taken.
